WORK / SELECTED CASES

Work that moves
from identity
to impact.

I am less interested in making things merely look new. The work I value most begins with a deeper question: what needs to become clearer, stronger or more aligned for the business to move forward?

These are selected cases where brand thinking, business context, creative direction and people came together.

CASE 01AUTHENTIC BRANDING × CONSULTING
ELEVATE BRANDING

Building a branding practice from the inside out.

ELEVATE became the place where my belief about branding matured: that sustainable brand growth begins not with appearance, but with identity, clarity and alignment.

01 / THE QUESTION

What if branding started before design?

Many brands begin by asking how they should look. ELEVATE was shaped around an earlier question: who are you, what is true about you, and what are you genuinely trying to become?

02 / THE POINT OF VIEW

Authenticity is strategic clarity.

Authentic branding is not about being informal or expressive. It is the discipline of aligning identity, promise, culture, experience and communication around something the organization can actually live.

03 / THE MODEL

Brand, growth and impact belong together.

The practice evolved around three connected ideas: Authentic Branding, Mindful Growth and Heartful Impact—connecting business ambition with intention and human value.

04 / THE DIRECTION

From agency to thinking partner.

The ambition is increasingly to help leaders and organizations think better about brand—not simply produce more communication—through strategy, consulting, coaching and internal capability building.

CASE 02BRAND × BUSINESS × ORGANIZATION
XAVIER MARKS

Turning a real estate brand into a living business ecosystem.

A long-term transformation where brand is not treated as communication alone, but as an operating idea connecting people, technology, culture, growth and market ambition.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Growth was creating complexity.

As the organization expanded, the brand needed to do more than stay visually consistent. It had to help different teams, branches, leaders, products and initiatives feel part of one coherent direction.

02 / THE POINT OF VIEW

Brand should operate, not decorate.

The brand needed to become a shared decision system—something that could align communication, culture, digital tools, leadership initiatives and market expansion.

03 / THE TRANSFORMATION

From campaigns to a connected system.

The work expanded across strategic narratives, visual direction, internal communication, leadership programs, digital adoption, event systems and future-facing brand expressions.

04 / THE IMPACT

A stronger platform for scale.

The outcome is a brand ecosystem designed to support a growing real estate network while keeping its identity recognizable, adaptable and increasingly digital.

CASE 03 / BHUMICULTURAL IDENTITY × CARE × MEANING
BHUMI · MOTHER & CHILD HOSPITAL · MAGELANG

Giving care a deeper sense of belonging.

For me, BHUMI begins with a human question: how can a hospital feel rooted in the lives it serves, while expressing the professionalism families need to trust? The answer takes shape where Indonesian cultural warmth meets a contemporary idea of care.

01 / THE QUESTION

How should a first beginning feel?

A mother-and-child hospital meets families at moments filled with hope, uncertainty and change. I wanted the brand idea to hold both sides of that experience: the need for professional assurance and the need to feel understood, welcomed and accompanied.

02 / THE POINT OF VIEW

Culture should be felt in the care.

Indonesian cultural roots give BHUMI a way to express closeness, continuity and belonging. My point of view is that those roots become meaningful when they guide the language, gestures and experience of the brand. Professionalism gives the promise substance; cultural warmth gives it a human voice.

03 / THE DEVELOPMENT

Give each expression a reason to exist.

The meaning begins with BHUMI as a first ground for life. Its symbol brings together the letter B, pregnancy, a heart, mother and baby, the number nine and a leaf. Sehati Lestari connects empathy with continuity. These ideas create a shared thread through the identity, narrative and way the hospital introduces its care.

04 / THE VALUE

A foundation the brand can keep living.

The value I see is coherence: a cultural identity, a human promise and a professional service ambition that belong to one story. This is a foundation for ongoing development—something the hospital can keep translating into clearer information, thoughtful interactions and a more meaningful experience for families.

MEANING, MADE TANGIBLE

From a symbol
to a way of welcoming.

I see meaning as a discipline of connection. A symbol should lead somewhere: into words people understand, spaces they can relate to and choices that support the same intention.

At BHUMI, that connection is visible in the language of first beginnings, the warmth of Sehati Lestari and room names carrying hopes drawn from Javanese and Sanskrit roots. The website extends the invitation by helping families find care through their needs and stages of life.

The deeper ambition is to let people recognise a place that understands where they come from and what they are stepping into.

04 / HOW I APPROACH WORK

Different problems.
The same discipline.

I tend to enter a project through four lenses. The mix changes, but the questions remain surprisingly consistent.

01

Identity

What is genuinely true here? What should never be lost as the brand or business evolves?

02

Clarity

What is confusing, fragmented or overcomplicated—and what needs to become easier to understand?

03

Alignment

Do strategy, culture, experience, communication and leadership reinforce the same direction?

04

Expression

How should the idea become visible, tangible and useful across the real experience of the brand?

05 / THE WORK CAN TAKE MANY FORMS

Not a fixed
service menu.

The right engagement depends on the question we are trying to solve.

Have something
worth building?

Sometimes the first useful step is not a proposal. It is simply a good conversation about what is changing, what feels unclear, and what the next chapter needs to become.
